Boulevard Charner -- now called
Nguyen Hue Boulevard. That's the Hôtel de Ville in the background, which isn't a hotel at all,
and wasn't one even back then; Hôtel de Ville is the French phrase for "City Hall".
It was built in 1908
The Citroën garage was owned by Mrs Bainier (and Duc). In the 1950s it was the Lincoln
Center (US Library or PX ?) and now I think it is the Rex hotel. -- M. Pinet
